Happy winter!!

Last night and today we have been dumped on with snow. Wet and abundant snow. I stayed home with the kids as no one was available to watch them and Dave had a shoot scheduled.

We had a terrific day. We played outside. The kids like to slide down the 5 steps on the back deck on a small sled. That kept them busy for quite a while. We built a small snowman. It seemed easier when I was much younger (and shorter). Later we made and decorated Christmas cookies. What a blast! There was icing everywhere.

Love the photos! I showed photos of Sasha and Masha to Kate and Mitchell and they were so excited! Kate kept trying to pinch Masha's cheeks and would say her name so sweetly. I was surprised she remembered them since it was a while back for her. Let me know if they remember "Nina" and "Vladik". I have some earlier photos of them if that helps. Maybe we can connect by phone soon???! Mitchell kept asking about Igor (in FL now). Please let me know if you have contact info so maybe they can keep in touch.
